How we work

Let’s Collaborate!

We are here to share ideas and to collaborate in harmony so we can achieve the best quality work. We are always here for open communication. Just like any relationships, we approach our working relationship with clarity, dedication and respect. Once we understand each other, everything else will flow.

— Ansel Adams

Step by step process:

  • Discuss scope of project

  • Proposal

  • Once proposal is signed and deposit paid, we need all pertinent info (CAD files/materials/etc.)

  • Image creation phase 1 (3D modeling)

  • Image creation phase 2 (Material and lighting)

  • Image creation phase 3 (Render)

  • Image creation phase 4 (Post production)

  • Final payment is due upon delivery of final render

Too many cooks in the kitchen spoils the soup!

Will you be providing the interior design or will we be handling that portion?  We have qualified interior designers that can handle this – we will discuss and come up with a design that fits your project, you can provide mood boards (Pinterest boards) to let us know the style you are looking for, and we will take the creative freedom to do our part.  If you are providing the interior designer, we will need direct contact with that ONE person -not a group of people- as a point of contact and to make the final call.  Too many opinions can greatly sabotage the progression of the project.

FAQs: How much will it cost? How long does it take?

  • Pricing is always based on scope (complexity and timeline) of the project.

  • We also offer packages that includes main images and vignette shots to showcase a given space – it adds an interesting dimension to the project.

  • We require 50% deposit at the time of commencement – and the rest due at completion of the project.

  • An average interior image will take a week to complete. However, timelines will change depending on the amount of changes/revisions.
