Story

Hand Rendering → CGI → VFX → Robotics & AI

  1. Architectural perspective drawn in fine pencil lines. 01Hand Rendering
  2. Black-and-white CGI study of a concrete coastal house on a rocky site. 02CGI
  3. Coastal architecture beneath a dramatic, cloud-filled sky. 03VFX

From architectural imagery to robotics and AI.

MIZUNO began with architectural hand rendering and evolved through CGI, visual effects and animation. The work expanded from drawing spaces to creating digital environments, then shaping how those environments move and feel.

That evolution now extends into robotics and AI. The practice is increasingly focused on structuring AI-assisted pipelines and workflows, developing visual concepts, and defining the look and feel of robotic projects.

The architectural background remains part of that work: proportion, materials, light, and the relationship between people and the things around them. These skills now inform both the visual character of a project and the process used to develop it.

Future

Current direction

Robotic fabrication head building concentric layers of material in a sunlit landscape.

Robotics. AI. Workflow design.

Creative direction for robotic projects. AI-assisted design and production pipelines. Connected workflows that help carry ideas from early concepts through development and presentation.

The robotics imagery shown here is conceptual, not a record of completed hardware.
